Summer Season - July and August

Peaches

Peaches are what the summer season is all about. We grow 12 different varieties of peaches, which begin to ripen about the first week of July and continue until early September. All of our peaches are sold in the market in two-pound boxes and half pecks (six pounds). We do not have pick your own peaches.

Blackberries

Our next big summer crop is blackberries. They start to ripen in mid July and continue late into August. You can pick your own by appointment or buy them in the market. The berries are large and the vines are thornless, making them very easy to pick.

Vegetables

In the summer months we grow a large assortment of vegetables including tomatoes, peppers, egg plant, squash, muskmelons and watermelons.

Grapes

In mid August the Reliance seedless grapes begin to ripen. Concord grapes will also be available until the end of August.

From Our Farm Kitchen

During any season you will find our market stocked with delicious items from our farm kitchen. We make four flavors of apple butter, about 20 varieties of preserves, peach butter, blackberry syrup, chili sauce and relishes. We also have our own honey from the hard working bees in 24 hives.

OUR MARKET IS OPEN FROM JULY THROUGH NOVEMBER
